Dr Nurul grew up in Sydney and completed her medical studies in Canberra. She returned to Sydney to train as a doctor, undertaking placements at Prince of Wales Hospital, Canterbury Hospital, Kempsey District Hospital, Port Macquarie, and Campbelltown Hospital. She has gained valuable experience as a junior doctor in emergency medicine, paediatrics, and general medicine.
Dr Nurul is known for being a great listener, as well as empathetic and compassionate. Outside of work, she enjoys learning new languages, spending time with her family, and savouring a cup of matcha.
